• 12 x 3 Units: R 1250.00
• Boat and caravan lockers will be built depending on demand

• Waterproofed containers to keep your belongings dry
• Treated against white ants (termites) and other pests
• Regular maintenance to prevent water leaks and pest infestations
• No deposit required. 

Operations

• Tenants provide their own padlock and keys, ensuring exclusive access to their unit
• Month-to-month leases on a calendar month basis
• Written notice required by the 15th of the month to vacate the unit
• Prospective tenants need to arrange their own transport for goods to be stored
