What is Bungee Fitness?

A Revolutionary Full-Body Training System

Say goodbye to traditional workouts and experience something new. Bungee offers a unique full-body training method for both fitness and rehabilitation. This innovative exercise system combines cardiovascular workouts with resistance training. It utilizes a bungee cord, allowing you to utilize your own body weight as resistance.

 

What makes us different?

To stand out from other fitness instructors, I conducted some research. During my search, I stumbled upon rebounding boots, which employ the same principles as a rebounder but take the form of a shoe.

 

What is rebounding boots?

Rebounding shoes are specially designed for athletes who want to exercise without impacting their joints. Similar to jumping on a trampoline, these shoes provide the freedom of movement needed to perform various activities such as walking, running, and jumping, just like regular athletic shoes.

 

My journey

My goal for each workout was 300kcal, The main idea was not to lose weight but to keep me sane. I lost a total of 23kg over a period of 6 months.

That motivated me to help people with their fitness goals. I did some research to help me to become different from other fitness instructors.
Then I came across rebounding boots – the same principle as a rebounder but in a shoe form. 

 

Rebound Boots

Jumps Boots are like having mini trampolines on your shoes that are not only fun to use, but suitable for all fitness levels. Rebound exercise, like kids jumping on a bed are easy to use, safe and beneficial to your health. 

Bungee Fit

Bungee Fitness exercise requires some specialized equipment, such as a special Harness and Bungee cord. If difference is what you are looking for , this is what you need.

Using a trampoline to exercise can be a great way to improve balance, build strength, and increase your cardiorespiratory fitness.
